Only physical Hii tags — stickers, tags and plates. Plans and protection are digital and are active on your account the moment payment is confirmed, with nothing to deliver.

A tag works the moment you activate it with the code printed on its back. Your account and the page a finder reaches are ready before the tag arrives.

Across India. We do not ship internationally at present. If your postal code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will tell you before charging you, and refund in full if it is discovered after.

Everything else works anywhere. A Hii identity, the finder conversation, a Hii card and a Hii link need no posted object: you print the code yourself on a sticker, a label or a visiting card, and the plans that cover printing your own codes are sold worldwide. Prices are in Indian rupees and are charged in rupees wherever you are.

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Festival periods and weather can add to all of these, and we will say so on the order if we know in advance.

₹49 on tag orders under ₹500, and free at or above it. Plans are not posted anywhere, so an order with no tags in it is never charged delivery — and a plan does not count towards the ₹500 either, since it is the tags that have to travel.

The threshold is measured before any discount or credit, so a referral that brings an order under ₹500 keeps its free delivery. A discount that quietly cost you money would not be a discount.

Shown in full at checkout before you pay, as a separate line from the product. There is no charge added afterwards, and nothing is collected on delivery.

You get a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, and it is on the order in your account. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement after it is issued — that gap is the courier scanning the parcel in, not the parcel sitting still.

• Late. If tracking has not moved for 5 working days, write to us and we will chase the courier. If it is genuinely lost we send a replacement at no cost.
• Marked delivered but not received. Tell us within 48 hours. We raise it with the courier, and if it cannot be located we replace it.
• Returned to us undelivered. Usually a wrong or incomplete address, or nobody available after repeated attempts. We will contact you to re-ship. A second dispatch to a corrected address is free once; after that, shipping is charged again.
• Damaged in transit. Photograph the parcel and the tag and send it within 48 hours. See the refunds policy.

We can change a delivery address any time before dispatch — write to support@hii.cx with your order number. After dispatch the courier owns the parcel and we cannot redirect it.

We keep a delivery address only until an order is delivered or cancelled. It is removed automatically after that, including when you delete your account while an order is still on its way.
