FOR SHOPS, CLINICS AND OFFICES
No commission on anything, ever, and no money moves through Hii — customers settle with you the way they always did. Everything below is free for one person behind the counter; the single exception says so on its own line.
The part a customer sees. All of it works the moment you save it.
Print it and stick it up. Whoever scans it sees your page — no app on either side, no account, nothing to install. There is a printable poster with your shop’s name on it, ready for A4.
How it worksEverything you sell or do, with a price, a unit — per kg, half plate — and a photo. Your own headings. Turn a line off for the day the bread runs out and back on tomorrow.
Somebody searching for a blood test does not know your lab’s name. Hii matches what you offer, not only what you are called, and narrows by area and pincode.
See the directoryYour address, your hours, a number that rings you and a map link. Somebody can forward it in a message and the person who gets it needs nothing but a browser.
Four different shapes of "I want something from you", because a chemist, a salon and a plumber are not the same business.
People pick from your list and send it. You reply with a price and when it is ready. Every order has a short reference and the whole conversation sits under it.
Set the hours you take orders, or the delivery windows you run — "10am–12pm", "evening" — and a customer picks one. Outside them the form says you are closed rather than taking an order nobody will see until morning.
Hii takes no commission and holds no money. Everything here puts you and the customer directly in touch.
Your own UPI ID, drawn as a code a customer scans to pay you. The money goes from their app to your account — it never touches Hii, and there is no payout to chase or statement to reconcile.
Make one now, freeA printable card whose code goes straight to your Google review page. The link version opens a page that names your shop first, so a review asked for by message does not look like a stranger’s.
The parts nobody sees except you.
A new order, a booking, a message — by email, on your phone, and now live on the website while you are looking at it. Nothing waits for you to refresh.
Every number you called, every order you answered, every appointment that happened — with the tokens behind each day, so a customer asking "was I number 14?" has an answer.
Put your staff on a roster and each of them works the queue and the orders under their own account. This is the one line on this page that costs anything, and a team is the only thing it is about.
Optional, and the only part of this list that is posted to you. Everything above works with a sheet of paper and a printer.
Your code on an object built to survive a counter. A standee holds your UPI code on one side and your review code on the other; table tents put one on every table. You choose what each code opens and the words printed beside it.
See the shopSet the place up, put your list on it, print the QR. If you are one person behind a counter that is the whole thing, for ever — not a trial, and nothing to renew.
Set your place upThey take a number by scanning your QR and watch it move. Once enough visits have finished, Hii tells them when to leave based on what actually happened at your counter rather than on a guess.
Your hours, your slot length, and how many you can take at once — chairs in a salon, machines in a lab, vans out on the road. Confirm each one by hand, or let them confirm themselves.
For a plumber, an electrician, an AC service. Say whether people come to you, you go to them, or both — and only a business that does both asks the customer to choose.
Six weeks of physiotherapy, a fortnightly clean. One booking makes the whole series at the same time each week, and each visit can be moved or cancelled on its own.
What customers say about you, on the page your QR opens. Separate from Google and yours to show, and asked for at the one moment somebody would say yes — after the job is done.
