You do not need an account with Hii or with any payment aggregator to make a code here. Type a UPI ID and it exists.
Any account with a UPI ID can receive money. For business takings, use a current account — that is what the rules expect, and no extra KYC is needed if you already have one.
One code scans on GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, CRED and every UPI-compliant app. Codes made from a bank account number are the exception — not every app still accepts those.
The code holds a standard NPCI payment link and nothing of ours. It keeps working whatever happens to Hii.
This one is a picture — it works, and it stops there. If you run a shop, a clinic or a counter, a Hii place gives you the same code with your name on it, a link that stays the same, a queue, appointments and an order book.
